    You put the math formula in the values formula editor. Make sure the placeholder formula editor is empty. That worked for me.

    I am having this issue as well. I put in a support ticket to see how this is achieved.

    Here is the answer for this. When you are in the edit email button, Underneath form fields, there is fixed values. Then choose the Field Summary button. That will include the Label along with the information that was typed or selected.
