  1. Would like the list of forms to be in alphabetical order

    Hi,

    I have created quite a few forms and would love it if once created the saved form would go into alphabetical order.

  2. In the Enries tab, set the end date to be the current day and the start date at the date of the first entry as default.

    One still have the chanse to change the dates, but for the moast of the time, I guess it will be just fine with the defaults.

  6. Keep values of fields when hitting back button

    For long forms it would be useful not to have to retype all values.

  7. Allow validation on fields

    It would be nice to be able to validate fields based on certain conditions such as zip or postal codes, phone number formats, or valid email address formats to name a few.

  8. Dynamic data in confirmation email

    I am using conditional logic in my form, I'd like the fields that are filled in to be included in the confirmation email and I'd like the fields in which the user has not entered data to be excluded from the confirmation email.

  9. How to dynamically add HTML elemets based on input of previous user types field?

    example:

    I need ask used how many sections in your book? let us say 4.
    Based on the above input, I need to add 4 text boxes dynamically to collect name of each section

  10. Allow customised text in upload button and field

    My form is in portuguese. Many people who fill in the form don't know english. Besides that, some forms are used for very specific subjects, and I would like the upload field do make it clear for the user what I expect them to upload. For example, instead of "Choose file" I would use "Choose floor-plan image".

    So, I would like to be able to change the text in upload field and button, allowing it to be different in different forms.

  11. Radio buttons won't allow label change

    I am adding a set of radio buttons and cannot change the option labels - I enter the labels for the buttons, they do no change on the form and after I save my changed they revert back to Option 1, Option 2 and so in in the field setting area.

  12. To Add some moderation to the forms

    Make it possible for the admin to see the IP from the one who sended the form.
    And make it possible to (optional) add limits to IP's to only send in 3/10 forms a day (depending on what admin wants to setup)

    this would realy make this plugin be outstanding.

  13. Ability to add elements like the submitter's name to the email Subject line in notification message

    I would love to be able to have the emailed notifications include dynamic elements gathered from the form's submission (such as the submitter's name) in the subject line.

    So if I have a name field, I can use that name field as part of my emailed copy's subject line. So I could have the subject line sent to my admins read something like "Submission form XX - Name of Submitter" and maybe even have this for other form fields as well if they pick something like an event name.

    For filing and response purposes, my admins would be thrilled to…

    Having a static date field, or being able to set the date field to read only, would be helpful.

  18. Ability to resend confirmation email

    Hi, I'd like to suggest a functionality in the backend to allow administrator to resend a confirmation (or after submit button) email.
    Occasionally the person who submitted the email did not receive confirmation email. With this functionality, an administrator can easily resend to that person with the click of a button.

  19. use sender's name and email as Reply To in notification message

    This is one of things I miss in this plugin, that prevents me from using it. Every contact message I want to reply to, I must go to content and copy-paste the e-mail in To field.

    I use another plugin in which you can chose to add the sender's name and email as Reply To field in notification message. This way, I only need do click Reply and my message goes to the right person.

    I would love to have this option in this plugin. I would gladly upgrade to pro if I can have that.
