  1. Hidden Fields for Tracking / Attribution

    I'd like to be able to use a generic form to capture information, but have some way of sending the page title / url with the form, so I know which event they were looking at when they submitted. In other words, being able to use a single registration form on every event page, with a field that tells me what event they were registering for based on which page they were on. I tried to set the value of a read-only text box to document.title using the javascript area, but it blows up the form code.

  3. Connect with Campaign Monitor.

    To have the forms connected with an email marketing tool such as Campaign Monitor would save time for the admin so they don't have to copy and paste every entry.

  4. All Dates - option

    There should be am 'All dates' option for seeing reporting Entries, without having to do the dates/execute. I've added a Vote for that on another suggestion. but also should apply to All Dates.

    Hi, I´ve been using smartforms for few months. And I´ve been happy with the plugin. I´m now using cloudflare and it doesn´t work at all. I´m really dissapointed. Could you realease a fix or refund?

  8. Read only fields are not send in email notification

    Hi,
    I need to send read-only fields in the notification e-mail, but the output of the fields are blank.
    I use the readonly field for round amount calculations. The formula is placed in the value field.
    Any ideas how to solve this?

  11. Text area min number of characters as well as max option

    With Text area at the moment there is an option to have a max character limit. It would also be great if you could have a minimum amount as well. It would also be great to be able to restrict users from using certain characters like !@£$%^&**(() and instead just use numbers or letters.

  12. Icon to display further information

    On some forms I have filled in previously there is a info icon next to the label that when clicked or hovered over displays a little text box providing further information or a description for that field. Would be handy to make the form more explanatory to a user filling it in.

  13. Add option to export ALL ENTRIES

    As of now I can only view and export up to 10, 20 or 30 entries from the entries section. This becomes redundant when I have 2.500 entries and can only export 30 at a time! Add something to either view all pages or export all entries. Right now in the drop down there is only 10, 20, and 30.

  14. Pulldown menu with a list of dates entered by the user. Dates before today are hidden.

    I have a question about an appointments page I am working on for a client. I think Smart Forms may be the solution to a problem I encountered when implementing an Appointments plugin.

    WHAT I NEED
    - A webform with a pulldownmenu (or possibly radiobuttons)
    - The pulldown menu contains a number of dates that the user entered
    - Only the dates that are today or in the future are shown, i.e. dates that are in the past are hidden

    Is it possible to do this with Smart Forms?

  15. Safari Problem - The default text or selected option for the basic select menu is not showing up in Safari (v.9+ at least)

    In the Select Basic Field Settings, if I set a "Default text" value it does not display in Safari. At the same time, if I set the desired default text as the first option and set it as "selected," it still is not displayed when the page loads. The only way to get the default text we want to show up in Safari is to put it for BOTH the default text and the first option (set to selected) -- but then it appears twice when you click the menu.   16. Is possible to forward the details of the form to more than on email address?

    I have a form that I want to send the entry data to a number of people. Is possible to forward the details of the form to more than one email address?

    On FIle Uploader have setting to be able to restrict file extension types (e.g. pdf only) and also limit file size somehow.

    Large files crash the form, so would be good to prevent this.

  20. Values of one field displayed depends on another field

    Its similar to existing functionality when display field depends on value of another field, but its more deep.
    For ex, i have 2 dropdowns. First is a list of events, second is a list of possible events dates.
    Every event have few dates, but differend for each of them. So when i choose event 1, then in event date i see date 1, date 2, date 3. When i choose event 2, in event date i see date 4, date 5.
