    Entries Page

    Default View automatically shows a set number of recent entries (I would default this to at least 25 or 50 rows) for the form most recently submitted to -- or choose a default form to view (like a contact page's form).

    I know this request is labor intensive: The ability to export a row (submission) to a formatted Word or PDF doc.

  2. Multiple checkbox separator

    Multiple checkbox (as unfortunately Prepend Checkbox require comment if "Reqired filed is ticked") should have a function that checks if there is more than one checkbox to put the separator into the output. In my case we have only one tick box which is ending with the separator ";". This is producing unwanted character in the email report and analytics.

    can you add an alternate captcha or validation questions. don't like the google re-captcha field on forms.

    Create paypal fields (item, amount, quantity) - option to have it hidden
    Use other SmartForm fields to compute paypal field values
    Configure paypal cart button - specify other paypal parameters in button settings

  9. Entries List Clean Up

    Your plug-in is awesome - it would be even more awesome if I could customize what I see on the entries page. For instance, I only want to see x, y, and z fields on the entries page. All other data will show up on the CSV export. This way it's easy to skim through the data for large forms.

  10. Auto save button selections

    The auto save add-on is a great feature for long forms. I noticed only typed data is saved. Is there a way to save radio button selections as well?

  11. Allow notification emails to be directed to different emails based on user selection

    We have a contact form that needs to direct entries to different addresses based on what the visitor selects -- so questions about sales go to the sales department, technical questions go to the support department, etc. I've placed the different email addresses as values in a selection box, but I'm not able to select that field value as the destination email for notification (has to be an "email" field). I also tried a javascript solution that would change the value of a hidden email field when a user made a selection from the drop down, but that is not…

  12. I would like to total columns on the pages based on the filtering

    I have three Spages that are based on three similar Sforms. In each I need the data in one column totaled.

    So at the bottom of the table would be a Totals: row with the selected columns totaled.

  13. Field type support for mobile

    As I was testing my forms on a mobile device (iPhone), I noticed that although I used specific type fields (i.e. phone number, number, email, etc), it did not display the typical keyboard for the specific type field. For instance, for a number only field, I would have expected to see just a numeric keypad, but it showed the standard QWERTY keyboard. Is it possible to force the fields to activate the associated keyboard for mobile users?

  16. In the Enries tab, set the end date to be the current day and the start date at the date of the first entry as default.

    One still have the chanse to change the dates, but for the moast of the time, I guess it will be just fine with the defaults.

  17. Dynamic data in confirmation email

    I am using conditional logic in my form, I'd like the fields that are filled in to be included in the confirmation email and I'd like the fields in which the user has not entered data to be excluded from the confirmation email.

  20. Ability to add elements like the submitter's name to the email Subject line in notification message

    I would love to be able to have the emailed notifications include dynamic elements gathered from the form's submission (such as the submitter's name) in the subject line.

    So if I have a name field, I can use that name field as part of my emailed copy's subject line. So I could have the subject line sent to my admins read something like "Submission form XX - Name of Submitter" and maybe even have this for other form fields as well if they pick something like an event name.
