Okay, so the plugin is working for me now. Yes, it was a configuration issue on my end, not a problem with the plugin itself - my apologies!
To send an email to both the person submitting the form and yourself you need to first correctly configure the form to capture their email.
I simply dragged the email box across from the advanced template and saved. Then when you go into set up the email follow-up/notification when you click on the 'to email addresses' their should be the option to select 'email' from the drop down menu. This represents the email of the person submitting the form. If you don't see 'email' from the drop down menu, go back delete the email section of your form and drag across the email box from the advanced template again and then hit save.
Go back to configure the follow up/notification email and the option to select 'email' from the drop down menu in the 'to email addresses' should be there now. Select it and then type in your own email address next to it, hit enter and save. This is what worked for me and the plugin is now doing it's job beautifully. :)

Further to my last comment, I just created a completely new form and it is automatically sending every follow up message to my default Wordpress email and not to the email entered into the form. Not good. We either need an update or I need a refund. Thanks.

Hi there,
Pro version user here. I'm having an issue with the follow up email.
Initially the email that was entered into the form was receiving a follow up email, which was great.
However, when I entered my own address in the 'to' section so that I could receive a notification when someone filled out the form, the email only goes to me and not to email that was entered into the form.
I've since deleted out my email address and saved, however every time I test the form, only my email address is getting the follow up email, not the email entered into the form.
Does that make sense? What should I do to fix this?
Thanks so much.

@Anonymous - That isn't how it works. The Redirect is what page or URL you want the user taken to after completing the form.

You have to click on "After Submit" tab and put check marks in all three check boxes ("Send notification email", "Redirect" and "Show alert message", and then in the Redirect is where you put in your email where you want it to go.
