Is this a scam site or just an abandoned project? I haven't received any email confirmation after my purchase, and I have yet to receive responses from the three support emails I've sent over the past week.

I needed this last week and if I don't get it by Sat, I'm calling PayPal to chargeback. This is infuriating. If you're gonna keep selling a product, you HAVE TO SUPPORT IT.
