  3. Make delete confirmation box float

    Make it so that when you delete an entry, the confirmation box that appears floats with your screen when you scroll so you don't have to scroll back to the top of the page in order to hit confirm.

  4. Auto save button selections

    The auto save add-on is a great feature for long forms. I noticed only typed data is saved. Is there a way to save radio button selections as well?

  5. Multiple checkbox separator

    Multiple checkbox (as unfortunately Prepend Checkbox require comment if "Reqired filed is ticked") should have a function that checks if there is more than one checkbox to put the separator into the output. In my case we have only one tick box which is ending with the separator ";". This is producing unwanted character in the email report and analytics.

  6. Actually Delete Items (from database)

    Adjust the delete functionality to actually delete items from the database. Not just to mark them as deleted. This is about security.

  7. Verify and cache license locally

    Maybe you can do a verification and cache locally the license, re-checking after mid-time. Can be a good way to not block the Pro features from legal user due connectivity issues. If the license server is down, Pro features goes down also.

  10. Connect with Campaign Monitor.

    To have the forms connected with an email marketing tool such as Campaign Monitor would save time for the admin so they don't have to copy and paste every entry.

    Mutliform stop working after step 2. the formbuilder dont safe entries in step 3, 4 and 5 if you use title and or html in the form.

  18. Problems with Theme Flatsome?

    I bought the Pro version of Smartforms. However, I have now noticed a big problem. All form fields are displayed randomly on the test page. The problem only seems to exist in connection with the Flatsome Theme. Is there anything known or is there a solution?

    • Survey is displayed in every post box when a user creates a new post
    • Users are also presented with the survey whenever they comment
    • Users complete and submit survey
    • Aggregate results for each attribute is displayed
    • Aggregate total score is displayed => simple average
    • Number of survey submissions is also displayed on posts
